Returns policy
1. General rule: All returns of goods purchased in our store are at the buyer's expense.
2. Terms of return: Goods may only be returned in intact condition and with complete purchase documentation.
3. Return deadline: The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase.
4. Return costs: The costs of returning the goods are on the part of the buyer, except if the goods were sent defective or incorrect.
5. Returns Procedure: To make a return, please contact our customer service for returns instructions and reference number.
6. Refund: Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be made to the bank account or payment method used for purchase within 14  weekdays.

7. Delivery to parcel lockers: The option of delivery to parcel lockers is available for selected orders, which can be checked during the ordering process.
